Wharfedale Denton 3

Little british bestseller, early preview of the famed Diamond 1980s, 1990s and 2000s besteller.

Many versions were made, all fairly different but fairly equivalent or rather different - just like the Diamond series :)

Included in this acoustic suspension were a long-throw spider 20cm bass paper cone with rubber surround, an acoustically sealed 10cm squawker, 5cm tweeter and 9-element filter. The back proudly hid its modern molded plastic terminals.

Next up were the Linton 2 and Linton 3, equally good, the big Melton 2, the tall Triton 3 and the Dovedale 3 variant of the Denton 3 - all rather successful, even if of the bigger shelf kind.
