New times : Compact Disc was there and a different approach was to be developped for those Digital Times - even if CD was then still relegated to an auxiliary input source.

Enter Computer Drive New Class A - computer is the word. Only another way to benefit fro Class A without its congenital problems.. with a 4-bit microcomputer !
Synchro-Bias circuitry is the other part of this ClassA/B scheme : a second transistor is added with a small but continuous bias - since it never shuts off, transient crossover between Class A and Class B distrotion is eliminated.
All this is synchronised on input signal -rather than output- so the quickest response can be obtained.

Linear Feedback comes next : with an extra positive loop to give the amp "infinite gain". The result is that the regular NFB loop achieves complete effectiveness for ultra ultra low distortion, minimizing of output impedance and maximizing of the damping factor.

Heat-Pipe cooling system, straight DC construction, low-noise phono circuitry with Dual-Fet, computer-controlled protection circuit, processor loop terminals - and lots of lit LEDs to be hypnotized with !

Bar the Heat-Pipe, all this technological display represented just another step in refining the systems inaugurated with the SE-A3MK2 bestseller.

The SU-V707 is the export version of the japanese SU-V7A.
