Sony TC-K45

1 9 7 8 1978
1 9 7 9 1979

Export-only recorder placed lineup-wise between the TC-K60 (LCD meters) and the TC-K40 (VU meters).

Inside is plenty, even if placed on the lower end of things : low-distortion & phase-accurate DC rec/play amp and Tri-Duty DC FG Servo motor ("Tri-Duty" only means it does everything :)

Also one F&F rec/play head, dynamically-balanced oversized flywheel, air-damped and removable 'soft-eject' door, memory cue/play/rewind, MPX filter and thirty-two flashy LEDs for peak level checking.

The K45 was released january 1979 in the USA.
