Half-width SEPP DC amplifier taking from the TA-3120A but pushing it to the limit :
skyrocketing 300Khz frequency response, very high 180 damping factor and 110dB s/n ratio !
Compared to other contemporary home audio amps, the 3060 was true science-fiction.

Inside is big EI transformer, two grey plastic-potted caps and two back-to-back heatsinks each holding a pair of output transistors.

Launched in Canada in july 1970 ; following it would be the TA-3130F (september 1970) and TA-3140F (june 1971).

Then, after the bestselling TA-3200F (november 1972), separates-wise, would be time for the ESII series : TAN-8550, TAN-5550 and TAN-8250.

If the TA-3120 and TA-3120A are very common, the 3060 is much more rare.
