From the Precise P7 system and as cute as the other two !
Despite the looky-looky design, the square-ish counter-balancing of the TA-P7F, the ST-P7J offers all any modern mid-end Sony tuner offered within a more standard enclosure :
• Quartz X'Tal Locking in 0,1MHz steps,
• Varactor / Mos-Fet tuning,
• Dual-Fet balanced mixer,
• Uni-Phase IF filters,
• memory IC with 8 presets,
Plus, of course, feather-touch controls and slot-in cards for memorized stations.
Like the ST-A7B the export version is FM-only and the japanese original AM+FM so there's a supplementary button on the latter
The ST-P7J is essentially an ST-J60 with some coming from the ST-A6B bestseller - definitely not low-end and better than most mid-end equivalents - PRECISE !
