Pioneer PL-510A
Pioneer PL-1150
Very pretty little record player with elegantly two-tone grey look-at-me looks supported by a dark wood veneer base.
The original japanese PL-1150 and both are scaled-down versions of the PL-530 (or the 530 is an upgraded 510...) : same Hall-effect motor but smaller platter, no separate tonearm motor and slightly lesser specifications.
The PL-510A is a good mid end record player produced with efficient economy.
Economy, however, in 1976, came with elegance and reliability, something unheard of since long.
