The Exclusive V7 is an outboard video switcher/router/selector which can be used on its own or mated with the Exclusive C7 by way of an RS-232 connection.

20 inputs are available, the breakout of which you can seize below. One of the outputs even offers the Y and the C on separate BNCs !

However, the real stuff is inside: the V7 offers a DC...40MHz bandwidth and 63dB of video s/n - better than the MUSE standard and naturally better than any consumer video source available then... or now.

This was made possible with separate grounding circuits for the hot and ground paths, a special video amplifier IC, relays & opto-couplers (even for the wood-encased IR remote), completely separate composite, Y/C and power-supply sections, shielding plates and shielded wiring.

The Exclusive V7 is the rarest of all three ultimate Exclusives - costing 480,000¥, one can easily understand why.
