The "little" preamp.
Very discrete design, less exuberant than the previous ESOTEC.
Given its late introduction in the series, the Sc-8 was never tagged with the ESOTEC logo.
A simpler design inside, too, even so many functions then still meant a lot of cables around... but a Noble volume pot to make up for that.
Phono input 1 is for MM or MC, phono 2 for regular MM ; the AUX input is labelled... TV/Aux :-)
As often, the wood enclosure was Japan-only.
