Kenwood KA-7100

Smaller sibling to the KA-9100, less powerful but just as carefully built, as this image shows.
Wiring reduction was done by shafts but also with special 7-lead, parallel molded, flat cables with grounds on each side.
Healthy, solid, simple with all the frills of the times : DC & ICL circuits, FET phono section, 2-way loudness switch and... all metal !
Worth noting : the channel separation and residual noise didn't suffer too much from the downsizing when compared to the KA-9100 or KA-8100.
And you could even put the same D-7 rack handles to feel you've got a KA-9100 ;-)
