(1977 - 1978)

The second ßetamax deck... or really the first in an updated version: doubling up speed to 4cm/s to reach 2H recording on an L-500 tape. One could even add the AG-120 cassette changer (below) to have the SL-8200 automatically swap two L-500 tapes and thus stack 4H recording time.
And with the optional (and external!) DT-30 timer, well, you were king of the planet: mastering time - at least that of the broadcast.
