Joined Sony in 1978.
Designed units for the ESPRIT, R1 and R10 series, the original TA-F777ES (1982/83), the complete 9000ES series (SCD-9000ES, TA-E9000ES, TA-DA9000ES etc) and... countless others !

President of Aiwa in 1983, chairman of Japan Audio Society and now chaiman of CD and digital format promoting society.
Shigeo Takahashi
Manager, MD Design Center, New Media Design Group
Since ES II, and until CD is introduced he designed audio components for 10 years. He designed phones, computers and audio-video components after that.
Osamu Sasago
MD Design Center, Shibaura Design Audio Group.
Joined Sony in 1985, started designing CD-radio-cassette portables, radio, headphones. Designed 43 cm (face plate size) series audio components and speakers.
Shigeyuki Kakizaki
MD Design Center, Shibaura Design Audio Group
Joined Sony in 1982, designed TV for 4 years before transferred to audio group. Designed system compo, changer, and car audio prior to the current designing of 43cm series and ES series as a category leader.
