Pioneer Exclusive V7
(1992 - ?)

The Exclusive V7 is an outboard video switcher/router/selector which can be used on its own or mated with the Exclusive C7 by way of an RS-232 connection. 20 inputs are available, the breakout of which you can seize below. One of the outputs even offers the Y and the C on separate BNCs ! However, the real stuff is inside: the V7 offers a 40MHz bandwidth and 63dB of video s/n - better than the MUSE standard and naturally better than any consumer video source available then... or now.

The Exclusive V7 is the rarest of all three ultimate Exclusives - costing 480,000¥, one can easily understand why.
