Quadral, Magnat and Monitor Audio in Germany seem to have kept for a long time the use of pretty women to lure wallots' contents. However, their efforts were rarely really alluring except in this december 1980 QUADRAL ad that says :

"For all of those who want high class right from the start !"
or, more directly:
"For all of those who want to start at the top !"

The top of what ? Where the black knobs are, left, or where the... errr, mmm... necklace is, somewhat center stage ?
