Kenwood KL-777
Kenwood KL-7090

(1972 - 1975)

The ultimate firing squads !

In the literature, it is stated that, more than the parts themselves, it is the sum of the various parts making a loudspeaker that make the latter's quality.
Quite a sum in this case :)

Shown right and below is the "little" KL-777.
The bigger model, KL-7090, below right, isn't really bigger, really... Just different, with a horn in it instead of the Mylar super-tweeter.
Another variant is the later KL-777D.

A = Special 38cm bass driver with highly flexible cone suspension
B = wide range 13cm cone system
C = horn loaded tweeter with diffusor
D = cone tweeter
E = high pressure horn
F = super tweeter with Mylar® membrane
G = wide range exponential horn
