Weighing 4,8kg, the KA-2002 was no Supreme 1 nor a KA-7002 but one could improve it by using the only high-end feature available : the pre-out / main-in terminals which allowed to upgrade one part of the KA-2002 with a better, bigger, beefier power amp - more Watts, less beer.
