Accuphase C-270
(1986 - 1991)

Smaller and later sibling to the C-280 masterpiece (1983), the C-270 is nothing to sneeze at - minute attention to the utmost details, carefully thought out structure and layout, luxurious looks and long-term reliability which, in other words, add up to one name: Accuphase.

The C-270 doesn't have an MC stage and the contemporary Accuphase C-17 unit was there for MC users lucky enough to afford a C-270.

The C-270 was upgraded in 1991 to become the C-270V, losing its phono stage, having a reduced output voltage (from 10V to 7V) but gaining improved s/n ratio specs and 5 more kilos on the balance.
